2 Stiches Later

So tonight Porter decided that he would puncture his eyebrow with the corner of the tire adjustment on the lawnmower. Tony and I debated whether or not to take him to the instacare or not but after about an hour of thinking and it still bleeding we ended up at the instacare and after careful examination we had to put him in a full body board with straps so he couldn't move and give him 2 stitches. It wasn't a pleasant experience. The worst part of the whole thing was having him scream for daddy to get him out of being strapped down and we couldn't help him. He is a trooper though because when he was done and he had his sucker in hand he smiled at the Doc and said goodbye.

Oh dear. All that stress didn't put you into labor? Glad it's a little boo-boo and that your rough-and-tumble little man is OK. Maybe it will be your turn on Friday....;)

That is too funny about the body board. When Grant had his stitches we had to do the same thing. When McKinley had hers, they didn't use the board and we wished that we could have used it. In fact with McKinley, we wished we could have taken one home with us also. :) Hope Porter gets feeling better soon.
